Beloved, today’s word is facts–the word fact is in the Bible 38 times. The definition of a fact is a thing that is known or proved to be true. Who we are in Christ is a significant fact. Sweet friend, the verse in Psalm 25: 5 says, “Guide me in your truth and teach me for you are God my Savior, and my hope is in you all day long.”
Facts are used daily such as what is the weather, and we share facts about ourselves when we get to know one another.
These are important facts about who you are in Christ.
You are God’s child.
You are loved with everlasting love.
You are justified and sanctified.
You are redeemed and forgiven.
You are complete in Christ.
Yes, these are facts, and they are true. What we do with facts is what is essential.
Father God, thank you for the Bible, and everything in the Bible is true. Thank you for Jesus.
