28 Days of Lovig God-Day17
Beloved, our word today is unique-being the only one of its kind, unlike anything else. Similar words are being distinctive, individual, memorable, and quirky. I like the word quirky to describe some that I meet. But, I’ve many that are so special, dear to my heart. How do you describe yourself?
Many of you know that I am blind in my left eye. The central vision is gone, so my right eye does the work of the left eye. However, growing up, children teased me much. But you see, sweet friend, I was given a peripheral vision in my left eye, and honestly, I am a miracle because what happened at birth usually happens to both eyes, but I am only blind in one eye. So you see, I am unique.
We all have our own stories of what makes us unique. That is why I love this verse in Psalm.
I will praise thee; for I am fearfully and wonderfully made: marvellous are thy works; and that my soul knoweth right well. Psalm 139:14.
Beloved, do you know how beautiful you are? How fearfully and wonderfully you are made? As you breathe in God and exhale the world, trust Him, sweet friend. He loves you. You are loved with everlasting love.
The Lord hath appeared of old unto me, saying, Yea, I have loved thee with an everlasting love: therefore with lovingkindness have I drawn thee. Jeremiah 31:3.
So, today, celebrate who you are. Do you have quirky toes? Do you have two different color eyes? Perhaps, you have a quirky habit? Today, know you are fearfully and wonderfully made.
Father God, You are holy and thank you that I am fearfully and wonderfully made.
