30 Days of Thankfulness-Day 3
“All the earth shall worship You
And sing praises to You;
They shall sing praises to Your name.” Selah Psalm 66:4
30 days of thankfulness would not be complete without being thankful for God’s gift of worship, praise, and adoration. I remember learning that if we do not praise God, even the rocks will cry out praise to God.
“But He answered and said to them, “I tell you that if these should keep silent, the stones would immediately cry out.” Luke 19:40. KJV.
What hymns do you love? Do you fill your life with praise music?
I love to sing and worship God. I can remember as a child singing, “Trust and Obey.”
My mother’s favorite song was “Amazing Grace”, and my dad sang “Peace in the Valley.” towards the end of his life. Daily, we can praise God with song, and in our prayers.
Beloved, today as you write this verse, think about the earth and thank God for the earth. What are you thankful for this beautiful fall day.
Each and every day, we can praise the Lord.
Father God, You are God, You give us every good gift including the earth.
