The definition of “admiration” is respect and warm approval. There are many people I admire. Really, there are too many to list. Do you remember the movie with Sidney Poitier, To Sir with Love? There is a line of a song in the movie where Lulu says, “How do you thank someone who has taken you from crayons to perfume?” Thanks to these people who have touched my life.
Family
Troy Manley – This is my dad. I would not be here without him. He still serves the Lord. He will soon be ninety-one-years-old. What a mentor he has been to me.
Doug Rockwell – My husband takes such good care of his mom and me as I work so many hours.
Dale RazzRecon Manley– This is my brother. He fought for our country in Vietnam and received a Presidential Citation, blown off a bunker, he suffers so much pain. He was trained to be a warrior, to protect and defend. He will always be a Marine, but to me he is my brother.
Randy Rockwell – My oldest son – For the husband and father you are and the man you have become.
Dale Rockwell -My youngest son – For the husband and father you are and the man you have become.
Marge Rockwell – My mother-in law. She has so much wisdom. She shared with me that when you wash your dishes in really hot water it makes the dishes air dry quickly.
To my Sisters-In-Law Kathy, Debbie, and DeeBee – To all the crazy times we have had together.
To my Daughter- in- laws Rayann and Joann Rockwell – I admire each of you for your strengths as wives and mothers.
Not living- Betty Manley and Beulah Johnson, my mom and maternal grandma. They gifted me my spiritual heritage.
To my other family members, I admire you and I love each of you.
Dr. Michelle Bengtson – Her book Hope Prevails will be launched in August 2016. I have known her almost a year and she is wonderful.
Barbie Swihart – She is responsible for my blog and is my computer guru. If you need someone to assist you with your blog or editing, she is the one to go to. She makes me look great.
Suzanne Eller – I admire you and your new book Come With Me. Thanks for the retreat, it was wonderful.
Friends – too many to name
Jennifer Hahn, Jenifer Irwin, Michelle Bengtson, Mary Lee Morgan – Each of you hold a special place in my life. When I need prayer, I think of you. Our bible study time is precious, shopping is the best, our time together just being friends is wonderful.
To my Online Bible Study Groups – I admire your commitments to God and each others.
To my Peers at work, I admire each of you for the work we do together.
I admire so many authors, bloggers and encouraging women that I’ve meant through blogging. Too many to name.
How about you? Who do you admire?

You my friend are admired by many. You are an amazing woman who shows the love of Jesus in what you do. Thank you for all you do and for all you have done for me! You have encouraged me, taught me, supported me, prayed for me, and just been here for me when I need someone to talk to, or a word of advice. You are a beautiful mentor in my life, and I just thank God for putting you in my path.
