Counting sheep never worked for me. When I am unable to sleep it is because I have something unresolved on my mind. The best thing for me to do is pray and count my blessings and name them one by one.
This week’s list is the things that keep me up at night.
If I am in pain.
If I had a hard day at work.
If I am worried about a friend.
If I have left something undone at work.
If I have fallen asleep early and I wake up at midnight.
If I have a story in my head I am working on.
If I am in conflict with someone.
If I have had an argument and I am replaying what was said.
If someone is sick.
If I have had too much sleep.
If God has placed someone on my heart to pray for.
What keeps you up at night?
