ALIVE
Teaching two-year-old children for many years, Easter season my favorite to teach. Bible words, “Jesus is Alive,” the two-year-old grasp the words saying them proudly. This one year it was a week after Easter when Ethan a little brown hair toddler, with great big brown eye, his lashes so long comes to the table and yells his bible words, “Jesus is Alive” so funny, we had new bible words for that week but we just stayed with Jesus is Alive.
Listening to Charles Swindoll this week and the angel told Mary that Jesus had risen but when she reported to Peter and John she feared that someone stole Jesus’ body. I learned from his sermon that when they arrived at the tomb the grave-clothes were not folded like a towel folded. This is how I picture the word but the grave-clothes actually were like Jesus just left them. He transcended the grave-clothes, he was not unwrapped. Lastly, the angel rolled the stone away not so Jesus could get out but so other could see He was gone, after death body He could go transcend object so He could have gone through the rock. Beloved, Jesus is Alive! To God be the glory He is Alive.
Beloved, Jesus Christ is alive and I am forgiven, He’s alive.
My favorite Easter Song Christ Arose. What is yours?
John 3:16
Roman 3:23
Roman 6: 23
Romans 10:10

March 25, 2016 at 5:05 pmOne of my fave Easter hymns is “Jesus is Christ is Risen Today.” Kids at so good at grasping things…that childlike wonder and faith. We did a cool family service today with four interactive stations. My fave was the end singing “Jesus loves Me!” Jesus loved us so much that he died on the cross for our sins. I’m in the #5 spot this week.
