Day #26 #5MWF Confront
Confrontation on my list of things to do is not something I like, in fact, I probably would rather visit the dentist to have my teeth cleaned. Moses and Aaron confronted Pharaoh when God answers the prayers of the Israelites in Exodus 5
Then the LORD said to Moses, “Get up early in the morning, confront Pharaoh and say to him, ‘This is what the LORD, the God of the Hebrews, says: Let my people go, so that they may worship me, Exodus 9:13
Constructive criticism a buzz word for confronting someone, “Thank you Suzie, for coming to work, I love how you answer the telephone, however, you can not call the client a pig, It may be the truth, but we must be kind to the clients on the telephone, now what might we call the client. Yes calling them by their last name is acceptable.”
Pharaoh did not listen and after the last plaque where every first-born died including the Pharaoh’s son, he agreed to allow to let the people go at the last confrontation. Listening is the key to solving confrontation.
