If I had a crystal ball that foretold the future, I’m sure I’d be mesmerized. Today working my last Sunday before retirement, my mind races asking, what does the future hold for me? My good friend and author Susan Chamberlain Shipe wrote a book 52 Commands of Jesus for Children, One Year Devotional with 52 Coloring Pages ,#52CommandsofJesus, and she embraces God’s word so eloquently. Simple enough for children, yet so profound enough for me to know I’m worrying for nothing because God holds my future. Beloved, this book holds truth about God’s love and our future’s filled with his love and nothing can separate us from that love.
Romans 8: 37-39
