The first five minutes of the day should go to the Lord but honestly I have to run to the bathroom. It seem the older I get the faster I have to go, praying, I make it. Proverbs 31 Ministry an application for a smart telephone called First Five. The study is on Exodus. A morning person I was not in my youth, I prayed to God, He answered. I am a morning person now. The first thing I do is cherish my time with the Lord. I have a friend Shannan Williams she is up at 3:30 am, now that is a morning person.

Beloved, are you a morning person? Do you do morning devotionals? It is okay if you are not, God just wants you in the WORD.

I am loved by God, the alpha, the omega, the beginning, the end. According to the Bible, I am fearfully and wonderfully made. I am a saint who sometimes sins. I believe that Jesus is God's son and that He died on the cross to give me eternal life. I am married to my high school sweet heart Doug. I have been blessed by two adult sons Randy and Dale, who are married and I have six grandchildren Christian, Seth, Ethan, Hunter, Sabrina and Emerson. I became a nurse as an adult. I have had an amazing career and give all the glory to God.

    Diana, I can’t even tell you how much I enjoyed your Five Minute Friday post! I wouldn’t say I’m a morning person – I’m more of a middle of the day person. But, I do spend time with my Maker in the morning. My day gets all muddled up when I don’t. So glad to have found you today. Blessings, Lisa

    I’m not really a morning person. But I love my alone time wth God. Visiting from FMF where I’m in the #6 spot.

    Hello my friend and yes 3:30 am it is. I love my mornings when everything is so quiet and peaceful. It is my favorite time of the day. It’s so worth it to me to get up before anyone else. God bless you sister.

    Yes! I am a morning person! I wake up at 5am almost every day, weekends included. I, like Shannan, love the peacefulness of the morning. It is my time to pray, read devotions, my Bible, my friends blogs, and just enjoy some quiet time with God before the hustle and bustle of the day begins.

    You are pretty awesome! I hate to say it but I struggle to get in the Word. I’m not a morning person, or perhaps I’m unwilling to make the sacrifice. When I wait until evening I fall asleep. I am going to keep setting that alarm. Maybe when it’s not so cold I’ll get up.
