Writing daily even for five minutes challenges me mainly because I am behind, today, with this post I am catching up. We have had unusually hot weather in Southern California and so last week when I was at Laguna Beach, my friend and I got a cup of ice cream. Can you picture melting ice cream, our hands full of a blanket to sit on and water? Carrying the ice cream, a bird hit my head expecting to share my ice cream.
When I think of the word fly I think of the song by Frank Sinatra, “Fly Me To The Moon”. I just love this song. My mother instilled in me a love to fly. When she flew, she felt closer to God. She had no fear of being in the air plane. My schedule this month includes a trip, I fly to Oklahoma to see my father.
But the word FLY makes a nice acrostic. F=Faith; We have a sincere faith in God. Hebrews 11:1 L= Love; We receive love from God. John 3:16 Y= Yield; When we yield we can do all things through Jesus Christ that gives us strength. Philippians 4:13
