Five Minute Friday, a time to write for five minutes, no editing, no correcting just writing for five minutes on a word. I have met some amazing bloggers by joining.
The word on Friday was Give.
Go
GIVE
Great is His Faithfulness
Intimacy with God through prayer
Voice your love for God
Edification comes from God not man
I love acrostics.
Father God, you instruct us to give of ourselves, our time, our monies, and our talents. When I give away your love, I know beyond a shadow of doubt great is your faithfulness. When I give away your love, I experience intimacy with God through prayer. When I give away your love, I am a voice for His love. When I give away your love, I experience your edification because edification comes from God not man.
Stop.
There is a song that says it the best. “The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases, his mercies never come to an end. They are new every morning. Great is Thy Faithfulness Oh Lord, Great is Thy Faithfulness.”
