God whispers I love you with an everlasting love.
Several years ago, I lead a woman through the Steps To Freedom. We usually met a minimum of three hours. Dr. Neil Anderson developed this process and the booklet to use. Prayer to renounce worldly ties and prayers are said for forgiveness were said. As the young lady prayed, I thought of verses she needed to know.
the Lord appeared to him[a] from far away.
I have loved you with an everlasting love;
therefore I have continued my faithfulness to you. Jeremiah 31:3
Suddenly, I remembered this verse. Beloved, read the verse again. He loves us with everlasting love.
God loves us. God cares for us. God knows us. He knows the number of hairs on our heads. He catches our tears. He invests in the life of His children.
Recently, reading the book Flooded by Nicki Koziarz, she writes on Noah. Noah is the only one found righteous. God grieved over mankind. Noah listened to God walking daily with him. God offered Noah and his family salvation. God saves Noah.
Beloved, what are you struggling with? What has flooded your life?
So, I finished the prayer session with the young woman, and I could see a remarkable improvement in her life. And as we prayed and went home for the day, I realized that God gave that verse to me as much as to her.
Since that time, I’ve reassured many that God loves with an everlasting love.
God is whispering to you, “You are loved.”
