Imagine
For this reason I kneel before the Father, from whom every family in heaven and on earth derives its name. I pray that out of his glorious riches he may strengthen you with power through his Spirit in your inner being, so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith. And I pray that you, being rooted and established in love, may have power, together with all the Lord’s holy people, to grasp how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ, and to know this love that surpasses knowledge—that you may be filled to the measure of all the fullness of God.
Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us, to him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, for ever and ever! Amen. Ephesians 3: 14-20
Beloved, I can only imagine what heaven will be like, the beautiful place where we will spend eternity.
Today as I was running errands, I reminisced about my mother and I realized I do not know much about her childhood. I know about her life from when she met my father at the young age of seventeen.
Do you remember much about your childhood? My memories are mostly from the second grade. Childhood memories I treasure, I imagined my life totally different from it is now as a child. I imagined my life as a missionary or a can can dancer at Boot Hill in Dodge City or perhaps a nun. At eight-years-old my imagination runs wild. At seventeen-years-old, my dream is to get marries and I am engaged and I will graduate in June. I have been married forty-five years to my husband. I can only imagine what else God has planned for my life but with Him in the center it will be ok.
Beloved, God is able to do more than we can imagine. How is God working in your life?

November 22, 2015 at 7:23 amThis made me smile. Until I started writing last summer, I had given up on any dreams or imagining. The can can dancer image is fun! When I was little I wanted to be a dancer, a lawyer, a stewardess (flight attendant), and a hair stylist. I actually started school for the hair stylist but quit to get married. Them all I wanted was to be a wife and a mommy. You are right in that no matter what we choose, if God is our center, it will turn out alright.
