I have been convicted so many times to memorize God’s word. I know where verses are found and with a good concordance or http://www.biblehub.com I am able to locate the verses I want to reference here in my blog. This year I decided to join Beth Moore’s memorization plan, a verse every two weeks. I memorized Romans 12:2, then Isaiah 41:10, I am working a verse in Job. Today Beth wrote an amazing article calling us to prayer. I would like you to join me in reading this article. I have seasons of prayer and then sometimes I go through a drought mostly due to being busy or preoccupied.
[Tweet “Our core disciplines need to be reading God’s word, prayer and memorizing God’s word.”]
Will you join me the acrostic PART: Praise, Admit, Request and Thanksgiving. Read God’s word whether it is one verse, one chapter. Be women of prayer and women who memorize God’s word and women who read God’s word. Blessings.

February 6, 2015 at 1:34 pmHi Diana!
I am doing the memorization with Beth Moore as well! So far I’ve memorized Is 40:31 & Ps 46:1-3. I’m working on Col 1:13-14.
I read Beth’s article as well. It was great! My one word for this year is PRAY – at first I thought this seemed less exciting than many – but it’s just what I need 🙂
Blessings,
