Good News
How lovely on the mountains Are the feet of him who brings good news, Who announces peace And brings good news of happiness, Who announces salvation, And says to Zion, “Your God reigns!” Isaiah 52:7
Our God reigns is one of my favorite praise songs and the good news that Jesus Christ is my Savior is the first thing I thought of when I saw the word when I saw the word for Friday. News is the word. The next things is my husband lives for his news. He watches the news several times a day. When Christ was born, the news traveled fast because of a bright star in the sky. However, that bright star would have not had any meaning to the wise men and to the shepherds in the field, if those faithful Jewish people had not shared the story of a babe being born in a stable. The good news of our Lord Jesus Christ. Beloved, do you share the Good News that Our God Reigns?

March 6, 2016 at 3:37 amOh how I try to share the good news that Our God Reigns! We have 5 grown children between us, and only one who knows the Lord! My son is so close to surrender. He has been going to church regularly, and talking about Jesus! We continue to pray for them daily, and hope that they see the way God works in our lives!
