Day 22 #5MWF OFF
Have many times have you started a diet? In your mind you think, I’m off to a good start. For me a few days, some times a few weeks I would fall off the wagon. Definitely my dieting over the years could be described as yo-yo dieting or on and off dieting. This is better than cheating on your diet, I would hear of the latest new diet and prepare myself mentally. Preparing mentally gets one-off to a good start. What good habits are you off to a good start? A daily walk with Jesus? Perhaps, you are off to a good start today in honoring Jesus, to this I say amen.
