Ready
The apostle’s lived in a state of readiness of expecting Jesus to return to earth today. What would our day look like if we expected that the trumpet would sound at 8:00 p. m. tonight. Would we rush into our day without devotions, reading our bible, praying? Would we experience irritation on the road at our fellow drivers? Would you go on with your day like I am preparing to do, with out much thought to the tragedy that just occurred in Orlando, Florida? When we have a flight we arrive at the airport two hours early, when we are preparing for work we get ready, what are we doing to get ready for Jesus’ return?
Will you feed the homeless?
Will you teach a class in your church?
Will you write a blog?
Will you read a book and share a comment that will help the author?
Will you reach out to a friend in need?
Will you contribute to a cause?
Will you share your testimony?
Will you read your Bible and pray on a regular basis?
Beloved are you ready? Jesus’ is preparing to get his bride in a twinkle of an eye.
For you know quite well that the day of the Lord’s return will come unexpectedly, like a thief in the night. 1 Thessalonians 5:12

June 13, 2016 at 10:45 amI love this Diana!
I am trying to live in a state of readiness, and I pray for those who don’t know the Lord. That their hearts would be softened, their veils would be lifted, and their eyes would turn towards Jesus! I try to shed His light and share with them what He has done and continues to do in my life.
