Unwrapping the Names of Jesus – Day 19
For there is one God and one Mediator between God and men, the Man Christ Jesus, 1 Timothy 2:5. NKJV.
Beloved, as a child, we played the whisper game where we whisper a word, and then at the end, it is said by the last child to see how close the word is to what was first whispered. So in unwrapping the names of Jesus, today Jesus is the Mediator. The first time I ever used this verse was in 1994, I was in the Holy Land sharing my testimony, and there was a young girl, and I shared that Jesus is a Mediator, not our priest or pastor. Jesus wants to be on the throne of our heart, so I asked her who was on the throne of her heart and did she want Jesus to be on the throne; she said yes to the Mediator, Jesus Christ.
In John 14:6, we are told that Jesus is way,
Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.” John 14:6. NKJV.
So what do you say, is Jesus, your Mediator?
Father God, thank you that Jesus is our Mediator; thank you that for the gift of Jesus. In Jesus’s name. Amen.
Jesus is whispering He loves you so much, will you whisper what you heard to someone else. Jesus is love. Jesus is our Mediator.
