We are building a two bedroom, with a loft small house and the rain has prevented us from getting very far. However, today they are pouring concrete, this means that the framing of the house will start in a few days and then the house will go quickly.

This Psalm starts with a question
Why do the heathen rage, and the people imagine a vain thing? Psalm 2: 1 KJV.
The New International Version says why do the nations conspire and the people plot in vain. So, as I pondered this Psalm I was thinking how relevant the Bible is in our day’s culture.
Beloved, many don’t read the Bible, may not even own one. We’ve a nation with Biblical poverty.
Do you read, meditate, and memorize God’s word?
The Bible said there will be wars and rumors of wars until the return of Jesus. We see conspiring at its best here in the United States. The gun violence since Columbine is so hard to understand.
I actually focused more on the last two verses.
Serve the Lord and rejoice in the Lord. Beloved, where are you serving the Lord. Do you rejoice in the Lord?

What is the saying “an apple a day will keep the doctor away” a chapter in the Bible will keep Satan away.
Conclusion
As we take one day at a time and wait patiently for our new home, I continue to pursue God and all he has for me in building this temple in me.
