Unpacking 31 Verses to Live By – Day 11
If I could impart anything to you, Beloved, it is that you are fearfully and wonderfully made.
On television, do you remember the mike drop moment? So what I am about to say is a mike drop moment.
At the beginning of time, God created the world, and our verse in Psalm 139:14 relates to Genesis 1:27.
“So God created man in His own image; in the image of God He created him; male and female He created them.”
Genesis 1:27.
You are beloved. We are made in the image of God. We are made in the image of God. Look in the mirror. You are made in the image of God.
As I listened to a sermon, I was struck by the truth of how fearfully and wonderfully we are made. Then the promises from God that he knows our days and the numbers of hairs on our head.
So sweet friend, do you know how wonderful you are? God does.
Father God, thank you, that we are made in your image of God. Thank you that we are fearfully and wonderfully made. We are so blessed because of your love. In Jesus’s name Amen.
