Beloved, have you ever thought about the path you walk? This verse says that in the presence of God we have the fullness of joy, and at his right hand are pleasures forevermore. King David wrote this Psalm and he has full confidence in God that God will give him victory over death by giving him victory over his enemies in this life and joy and peace in his afterlife.
The word path is in the Bible 108 times, probably the most famous verse is
Your word is a lamp for my feet, a light on my path. Psalm 119: 105.
But today, let’s focus on the one in Psalm 16,
You make known to me the path of life; you will fill me with joy in your presence, with eternal pleasures at your right hand. Psalm 16:11. NIV.
