“Be still, and know that I am God. I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth!” Psalm 46: 10
Being still and hearing God’s voice is difficult for me. Beloved, do you struggle hearing God’s voice? In my prayer journal there is a section there is a section for listening. I have a prayer journal from Becky Tirabassi called My Prayer Partner. She shares that listening to God is a spiritual discipline that is one of continual growth for all Christians. It takes practice to hear God’s voice.
The LORD confides in those who fear him; he makes his covenant known to them. Psalm 25:4
Beloved, when we read God’s word regularly we will begin to know God’s voice. So, today at work during my lunch hour I had written out Lamentations 3: 22-23
The LORD’S lovingkindnesses indeed never cease
For His compassions never fail.
They are new every morning;
Great is Your faithfulness.
I was later able to share that verse with a patient who needed some encouragement. Sometimes I am ready to hear God’s voice when I am prepared to listen. Beloved sometimes we just need to put on our listening ears.
Lastly, I get goose bumps when I hear God’s whispers especially when He says I love you Diana. Beloved, God is whispering to you.

January 4, 2016 at 1:09 pmIt took me many years to hear anything God was trying to tell me! Thankfully He is amazingly patient. How wonderful you were able to minister to someone else! I pray I can do the same one day! Blessings!
