“But Where Was God When I Needed Them”
Chapter 10 shares the story of Lazarus. Mary and Martha are suffering, their brother had been sick and succumbed to his illness. He died. Jesus tarried because He knew the outcome but there was a plan that needed to be played out for eternal purposes. Mary and Martha in their grief ask the question many of us are afraid to ask, “Where were you? Why didn’t you answer my prayers? Why did you let him die?”
Tracie shares some powerful statements:
You are not alone in your doubts and confusion.
Our pain turns into doubt.

We must first believe God was there during our times of pain in the past.
He is standing right beside us today in our current season of pain.
We must believe……nothing can separate us from God’s love or presence.
His compassion for us is overwhelming.

Choose to trust in His sovereignty and His ways.

He can use our past experiences for His glory, the good, the bad, and the ugly.
Do you believe Jesus loves you enough to weep for you?
He knows the pain in your past and the secrets you tossed into the closet of your heart, throwing away the key.
The next step in discovering our purpose is to believe.

Our enemy wants us to stay blinded.
We have the power within us to open our eyes and see our past, present and future through the eyes of the One who holds it in His hands.
God always has a grander plan.

Linda Kuhar shares how she almost died, she was in a coma, and God woke her up. Linda is an amazing woman. I happen to know her as she helped me with some counseling. She is a certified Christian life coach. I was really struggling with an a decision we had made, we gave up our home to move in with Doug’s mother after his dad passed away. Linda helped me and if you need a coach she is the one to trust. Thank you Linda. I am amazed at your story and how God worked in your life.
Your mission is to read Chapter 10 and answer question four.
Jesus met Mary and Martha where they were and he grieved with them and Jesus shed holy tears. Jesus knew the outcome but He demonstrated compassion and then He did the greatest miracle he raised Lazarus from the dead.
Jesus meets us where we are because God has a grander plan. God is catching your tears each one of them.
Father God, You alone are worthy of our praise. Just as you performed a miracle in Linda’s life, you answer our prayers. You care about each one of us. I am in awe of your grace, mercy and love. Because Jesus Lives we can face tomorrow. Blessings Diana
