Your Life Still Counts-Day-19

“The You The World Can See”

When I was growing up there was a television show called “What’s My Line.”  There were three people who say their name and it was up to a panel of stars to guess the real person. I can’t tell you the different occupations but the person was always some one of interest. I have often been the clown laughing on the outside and yet I was crying on the inside. Tracie writes several truths about the mask we wear. Such as, the mask didn’t form overnight, the mask begins when we are just children and it can get tighter and tighter as we age. She says, when we live behind a mask, we are locking ourselves in a dark room with the enemy and wearing a mask skews our view of God and what He wants to do in our lives. Satan knows if we feel worthless, damaged, and void of value we will never reap the benefits of intimate relationship with friends, fellow believers, or God.

When we take begin taking off our mask and being real with ourselves, God and others can we find peace and purpose.

God is most glorified when we remove whatever is preventing us from sharing bright for him. Tracie writes, “Living a transparent life—leads to a life changing process of healing, freedom, understanding, peace, joy, and transformation, renewal, and purpose.
